Reservation Request

Please send an email to sunburychristian@gmail.com to request a reservation.  Please send the following information:

1. Name of Organization
2. Name of Camp Leader
3. Contact Phone Number of Camp Leader
4. Contact Email of Camp Leader
5. Dates of Camp
6. Number of Campers

PLEASE NOTE: When making a Sunbury Reservations Request, we encourage you to be as accurate as possible regarding the number of campers you will be booking for. This is vital for the Sunbury Camp Manager to ensure that the correct facilities are made available for you on a particular weekend. Should this number change by more than 20 from the time you first made the application, then please notify us ASAP so changes can be adequately accommodated for.

Camps smaller than 40 or larger than 100 might require additional logistics and the Sunbury Camp Manager might want to make contact with you to discuss this further. So again please be clear in your application, so that Sunbury Christian Camp can help offer your group a very positive camping experience.
