- Take N2 North. Travel 11 km past Stanger,
- exit at “Zinkwazi Beach/Darnall”.
- Turn left
- travel 3 km to the robot.
- Turn right onto R102 toward Mandeni.
- Go 7 km to the large reddish sign listing Harold Johnson Reserve, For Pearson, War Graves (or Doesburg 17)
- Turn Left
- Travel 7.5 km to the Sunbury Liquor Store
- Turn Left onto the dirt road
- Follow Sunbury signs along the dirt roads (approximately 1.4 km) until you reach the camp on your left
From Empangeni
- Take N2 South.
- Exit at “Mandini/Tugela Mouth”
- turn right.
- Go 5 km towards Mandini.
- Follow signs to take you to the R102 traveling south toward Darnall.
- Travel 6.5 km
- turn right at the Harold Johnson Reserve sign on your left (there may also be a Doesburg 17 sign on your right).
- Turn Left
- Travel 7.5 km to the Sunbury Liquor Store
- Turn Left onto the dirt road
- Follow Sunbury signs along the dirt roads (approximately 1.4 km) until you reach the camp on your left
